Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can handle end-to-end client acquisition through bidding platforms, convert leads into business, and ensure seamless project execution by coordinating with the development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and bid on relevant projects via platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
  • Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project scopes
  • Drive sales conversations, negotiate deals, and close business
  • Coordinate with developers/designers to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and handle client communication
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Required Skills:
  • Experience in bidding platforms and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of software/web/mobile development projects
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic project management and coordination ability
  • Sales-driven mindset with ownership attitude
Preferred Experience:
  • 2–5 years in IT sales / business development / project coordination
  • Exposure to fintech or SaaS products is a plus
